The existing farmhouse and carriage barn is in the northeast corner of the parcel. A new driveway is proposed down the center of the Planned Unit Development to provide new access to the existing residence as well as the additional proposed residences. The owner's new "Cottage One" is slated for construction in the south east corner of the parcel in the spring of this year.
