Charming Farmhouse with Building Lots for Sale

Spring is coming and it promises to be a beautiful new time! As my parents transition into the late stage of their lives we look to create a home more suitable to their needs. Here is the Farmhouse we renovated in 1990 and has been their sanctuary for the past two decades.

Permitted Site Plan (Artist Rendition)

The existing farmhouse and carriage barn is in the northeast corner of the parcel. A new driveway is proposed down the center of the Planned Unit Development to provide new access to the existing residence as well as the additional proposed residences. The owner's new "Cottage One" is slated for construction in the south east corner of the parcel in the spring of this year.
